  • 001 – 050  = $2.00CAD/pin for National Buttons and $2.50CAD/pin for All-Me Buttons.
  • 051 – 100  = $1.75CAD/pin for both types of buttons.
  • 101 – 250  = $1.50CAD/pin for both types of buttons.
  • 251 – 500  = $1.25CAD/pin for both types of buttons.
  • 501 – 1000 = $1.00CAD/pin for both types of buttons.
  • 1001 and above = $0.75CAD/pin for both types of buttons.

There is also a special discount for nonprofit organizations, students and student groups of $1.25CAD/pin for orders of 50 – 500 units.

Please Note:

  • All buttons are made in the default size of 1 inch.
  • The 1.25-inch and 1.5-inch buttons cost the same, but are only available for minimum of 30 buttons per design.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and payable in this currency or exact equivalent.
  • 100 – 250 = $3.00CAD/unit.
  • 251 – 500 = $2.55CAD/unit.
  • 501 – 1000 = $2.10CAD/unit.
  • 1001 – 2500 = $1.65CAD/unit.
  • 2501 and above = $1.20CAD/unit.

There is also a special discount for nonprofit organizations, students and student groups of $2.40CAD/unit for orders of 200 – 500 units.

Please Note:

  • All lapel pins are all the same standard size of 1 inch.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and payable in this currency or exact equivalent.

 

METHODS OF ORDERING

There are four (4) methods of ordering:

  1. Online: Add your buttons to your cart and pay online. Register with us to follow up on your orders and receive information on exclusive promotions.
  2. Phone: Call +1 (289) 396-8864 with order(s) from 8:00am – 8:00pm EST from Mondays to Saturdays.
  3. Social Media: Place order(s) on the wall of the facebook page – Pearl Kreations, or send a direct message (DM) to @PearlKreations on twitter anytime.

 

ORDER FORMAT

In order to successfully process an order, the following will be required:

1. Product Type (as subject of email or message).
2. Full Name of Customer and/or Representative.
3. Qualitative Description- for All-Me Buttons and Mag*Lapel orders, please include the designs, attached the photo(s), picture(s) or scanned draft(s) of design(s).
4. Quantity required.
5. Preferred Delivery Date (if applicable).
6. Delivery Option.
7. Payment Option.
8. Preferred Mode of Contact- email or telephone number for relay of information.

Please Note:

  • The title/subject of email/facebook messages should be in product-order form. For example, “All-me buttons order”.
  • A delivery date is usually provided with the invoice. If you have a preferred date, please order at least order two (2) weeks before required. Exceptions could be made depending on urgency.

 

DELIVERY  & PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are three (3) options available:

1. Delivery in Person: This costs $4.00CAD/delivery.

2. Classic Mail Delivery: This is the normal post system.

  • It takes as long as 3 – 15 business days, depending on destination and quantity.
  • It is cheap and safe, but packages are not insured or traceable.
  • For North America: $10.00CAD/package – $20.00CAD/package.
  • For Europe and South America: $12.00CAD/package – $25.00CAD/package.
  • For Africa, Asia and Australia: $25.00CAD/package – $40.00CAD/package.

3. Exclusive Mail Delivery/Shipping: This is an express post system.

  • It takes 1 – 5 business days, depending on destination and quantity.
  • It is slightly expensive because packages will be insured and traceable. All exclusive mail delivery packages will be assigned tracking numbers which will be issued automatically via email as soon as package has been posted.
  • For North America: $15.00CAD/package – $25.00CAD/package.
  • For Europe and South America: $25.00CAD/package – $75.00CAD/package.
  • For Africa, Asia and Australia: $80.00CAD/package – $200.00CAD/package.

Please Note:

  • A package can hold up to 500 buttons/units.
  • Delivery in Person is only available where a Pearl Kreations or affiliate office is situated. Please call in or send an email to find out if this is available in your area.
  • Exclusive mail delivery packages include up to $100.00CAD insurance and tracking services.
  • All shipments are done by Canada Post and Affiliates.
  • Pearl Kreations, Canada Post or Affiliates cannot be responsible for damage or delay in delivery.
  • Please call in or send an email to inquire which option best suits you.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and payable in this currency or exact equivalent.
There are five (5) payment options available:

  1. Cash.
  2. Deposit.
  3. Interac e-Transfer.
  4. PayPal (for online orders only or on request).
  5. Wire Transfer.

Please Note:

  • We operate on a strict payment-service policy. This means orders have to be paid for in full before production can begin.
  • Option 1 is only available where a Pearl Kreations or affiliate office is situated.

  • For options 3 and 4, the order has to total a minimum of $10.00CAD.
  • For option 4, there is an additional $2.00CAD charge.

WAIT TIME

Due to our payment-service policy, it is important and mandatory payment(s) is/are made on time. However, we guarantee a maximum of ten (10) days from payment to availability for delivery.

 

GUARANTEE

We stand beside our products 100%.

They are strong and durable, but if not properly handled can be damaged.

Unfortunately, once purchased, cannot be fixed, exchanged or replaced.

However, damaged product(s) can be reordered or repurchased for half (1/2) the original price as long as it/they is/are returned to Pearl Kreations. The replacement(s) will be posted back absolutely free.

This offer becomes invalid after six (6) months from purchase.
