In order to successfully place an order, please follow this format:
1. Subject: Please type “Buttons Order” as the subject of email or message.
2. Basic Information: Please provide the full name (first name and last name/surname) of the customer and representative, if assisted.
3. Description: Please provide a qualitative description of each design.
This should include font style, font color, background color and button size. Please attach images or scanned sketches of design(s), if applicable.
4. Quantity: Please provide the number of buttons per design/size and the total.
5. Delivery Date: Please provide a preferred delivery date, if applicable.
If we cannot make your specific date, you will be informed. Otherwise, the delivery date is usually provided with the invoice.
6. Delivery Option: Please specify if you would prefer personnel, classic or exclusive delivery for your order. Pick up is not available.
7. Payment Option: Please specify if you will be paying by cash, direct deposit, money order, online transfer, or PayPal. We do not except cheques.
8. Mode of Contact: Please indicate if you prefer email or telephone for relay of information, and provide as necessary, plus a back up one.
